Javier Suárez de Vivero (J.S.) is licensed in Law by the Central University of Barcelona (1969) and has carried out the courses for the Doctorate Degree in the University of Barcelona (1994). He has developed a wide professional carrier within the Labour legal field of practice, as well as in International Arbitration and Lawsuits.
From 1964 to 1970 he worked as a Technical Government employee. In January 1971, J.S. requests a voluntary leave and starts to work in the Legal Services of the currently extinguished Labour Union Organization. In July of the same year J.S. incorporates himself to the Law Firm Instituto de Especialidades Jurídicas, S.A. were he will remain until June 1975, year in which he opens his own Law Firm known as (Bufete de Servicios Profesionales SPB). During the years 2003-2005 J.S.’s Law Firm merged with Baker&McKenzie in Barcelona. From 2005 on, J.S. separates from Baker&McKenzie and continues his professional course in his own Law Firm, with the rest of his team, now known as Bufete Suárez de Vivero, S.L. 

Javier Suárez is a private pilot of general aviation since 1992.

Iván Suárez Tellechea is licensed in Law by the Superior School of Studies Abat Oliba. He began his professional career in 2001 in Bufete de Servicios Profesionales SPB. He worked from 2003 to 2005 as an associate at Baker&McKenzie in the employment law department. In April 2005 he continued with the rest of his team creating his own Law Firm named Bufete Suárez de Vivero.

Judit Esteve Izquierdo is a Lawyer specialized in Adminstrative Law. She was licensed by the University of Barcelona and has a Masters Degree in Environmental Law by the University of Rovira y Virgili. She has also finished law degrees in Constructiona and Urbanistic Law, Arbitration and Company internationalization.

Judit started her professional career in 2001 in the Administrative Law department in Bufete Garrigues (Barcelona). She joined Bufete Habeas in Tarragona in 2006 and two years later she was offered to work as State Lawyer in Cataluña. Judit is a professor in the University of Rovira y Virgili and works in Bufete Suárez de Vivero since 2012.

Marta Gabernet Rubio is Licensed in Law by the University Pompeu Fabra, specialized in company employment law and social security. She is currently a lawyer at Bufete Suárez de Vivero. She has finished a Degree in Law in the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).

Anne Petit graduated in 1991 with a Master in Private Law at the University of Bordeaux (France). She also holds a Master in Comparative Law (L.L.M University of Miami - School of Law, 2009) and a Master in Labor Law (Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, 2011).

Anne specializes in multi-cultural disputes and human resources. She has worked for nearly 20 years both in Law firms (Ernst & Young, Baker & Mc Kenzie, and Watson Farley Williams) and with companies legal departments (Bertelsmann Music Group, Van Ameyde, Activision Lda). Fluent in 4 languages she has built a solid international experience acquired in Portugal, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Argentina, United States, and Spain.

She moved to Barcelona in 2009 and is more specifically dedicated to French and Spanish Labor Law, Private International Law, and International Sales.
